The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year.

SUMMARY: 

Manages the recruitment process for field management level positions, traveling to field locations to conduct direct recruiting and identify key talent for our field partners. Sources, recruits and interviews internal and external candidates to fill open positions; develops and maintains relationships with recruiting sources (e.g. social media, internet sourcing, governmental agencies, job boards, newspaper, online, etc.) and job fairs to identify, source, and recruit qualified candidates that help the organization meet their hiring needs. This role calls for an outgoing, energetic personality and a drive to build relationships with talent and field partners alike, think creatively about where great talent comes from, and stay focused on reducing turnover through stronger hiring decisions.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Sources passive and active talent through Indeed, LinkedIn and other tools.
  • Conducts internal and external interviews and provides follow-up and feedback to candidates where appropriate.
  • Maintains job postings on job boards, social media and other recruitment methods.
  • Ensures compliance with company processes.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites; providing organizational information, opportunities and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  • Works with field management to ensure understanding of current and future workforce needs.
  • Builds pipelines of qualified talent, schedules and conducts interviews, and makes offers of employment.
  • Travels to field locations to conduct direct, in-person recruiting and to identify and build relationships with key talent for our field partners.
  • Continuously review, reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are utilizing our team's time efficiently without sacrificing quality.
  • Determines recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates.
  • Thinks creatively about where great talent comes from, exploring non-traditional sources and channels beyond standard job boards to build stronger candidate pipelines.
  • Partners with field management to understand root causes of turnover and applies sourcing and screening strategies aimed at improving retention and long-term fit.
  • Ability to work extended workdays to support business needs and travel up to 30-40% to support field-based direct recruiting.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

  

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Serves as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, helping to elevate team talent with each hire and support broader business goals.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds hiring targets and quality-of-hire metrics.
  • Comfortable operating within defined parameters as well as ambiguous or evolving situations.
  • Applies attention to detail and continuously refines recruiting practices based on outcomes and feedback.
  • Outgoing, energetic personality; builds rapport quickly with candidates and field partners in person, not just over the phone or online.
  • Willing and able to travel regularly to field locations as a core part of the role.
  • Identifies talent through non-traditional sourcing channels in addition to standard job boards and builds pipelines accordingly.
  • Focuses on long-term fit in every hire and applies sourcing and screening practices aimed at reducing turnover.

 

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Full life cycle recruiting experience preferred; candidates who demonstrate strong sourcing instincts and relationship-building skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS systems preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex assignments and multiple searches while delivering the highest level of service.
  • Excellent relationship management skills for both the hiring team and candidates.
  • High level of comfort with direct sourcing and the ability to sell currently employed potential candidates on opportunities.
  • Self-starter with a superior work ethic and a defined sense of urgency.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: General office environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and travel regularly to field locations to conduct direct, in-person recruiting.
