The Vice President of Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for developing and executing customer lifecycle strategies that drive retention, loyalty, visitation frequency, customer engagement, and lifetime value across the company’s portfolio of brands.
What You’ll Do
Lifecycle Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Design customer journey frameworks that optimize communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Establish lifecycle marketing KPIs and measurement frameworks.
- Increase customer lifetime value through segmentation and personalization.
CRM & Loyalty Marketing
- Lead CRM, email, SMS, push notification, and loyalty marketing programs.
- Oversee customer segmentation and audience management.
- Develop loyalty, membership, passholder, and rewards communications.
- Partner with brand and digital teams to align customer communications.
Lead Generation & Customer Growth
- Develop and execute strategies that increase lead generation, customer acquisition, and database growth across all brands and business units.
- Partner with Digital Marketing to maximize lead capture opportunities across websites, paid media campaigns, events, promotions, and in-location experiences.
- Develop audience acquisition strategies focused on growing owned marketing channels and first-party customer data.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates throughout the customer lifecycle through personalization, automation, and targeted communications.
- Develop and execute strategies that increase lead generation, customer acquisition, and database growth across all brands and business units.
Marketing Automation & Customer Data
- Own marketing automation platforms and customer communication technologies.
- Enhance customer data capabilities and audience targeting.
- Leverage AI and automation to improve personalization and performance.
- Evaluate new platforms, tools, and customer engagement technologies to maintain a competitive advantage and support future business growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.\
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to drive measurable business results through marketing initiatives.
