Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a multi-location retail strategy focused on revenue optimization, brand consistency, and elevated guest experience.
  • Lead merchandise planning and buying across apparel, accessories, toys, souvenirs, consumables, convenience, prize-game & redemption categories, and limited-edition/seasonal collections.
  • Own pricing, promotions, and bundling strategies (e.g., ticket + merch offers, commemorative packages, photo/merch bundles).
  • Manage all vendor sourcing, negotiations, licensing partnerships, and co-branded product development.
  • Oversee inventory forecasting, replenishment, shrink management, and demand planning across locations.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and in-store presentation reflects brand standards and seasonal storytelling.
  • Partners with Operations, Marketing, F&B, and Attractions teams to align retail programs & provide bespoke products for special events, holidays, partnerships, influencers, and park-wide initiatives.
  • Implement POS systems, performance reporting, KPI dashboards, and retail analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement across guest conversion, ATV, UPT, and margin expansion.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive retail management experience, ideally within themed entertainment, attractions, hospitality, cruise, stadiums, zoos/aquariums, or equivalent high-volume environments.
  • Proven success in multi-unit retail leadership with full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong background in merchandising strategy, inventory planning, and vendor negotiations.
  • Passion for creating memorable, story-driven retail experiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate POS/reporting insights into action.
