Position Summary
The UKG WFM Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of UKG Workforce Management (formerly Kronos) modules, with a focus on scheduling, timekeeping, and accruals. This role will also create and maintain basic reports and dataviews to support business operations and decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with both system configuration and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities
· System Configuration & Administration
o Configure, maintain, and optimize UKG WFM modules including scheduling, timekeeping, and accruals.
o Set up and maintain pay rules, work rules, shift templates, job transfers, rounding rules, and attendance policies.
o Manage accrual profiles, balance rules, carryover logic, and ensure alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.
o Maintain system security, profiles, and access roles as appropriate.
· Scheduling Management
o Build and maintain labor schedules, shift patterns, and schedule templates to support business needs.
o Partner with managers to ensure schedules meet labor compliance standards, union contracts, and business objectives.
o Provide reporting and analytics on schedule adherence, coverage gaps, and overtime usage.
· Timekeeping & Compliance
o Oversee time capture methods, punch policies, and rules to ensure accurate payroll processing.
o Monitor and audit exceptions (missed punches, unapproved overtime, etc.) and partner with Payroll/Operations for resolution.
o Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws (e.g., FLSA, state break requirements), and union agreements.
· Reporting & Analytics
o Develop, maintain, and run basic reports and dataviews in UKG WFM to provide insights on attendance, labor utilization, overtime, and scheduling efficiency.
o Deliver ad hoc analysis to support HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.
o Assist with creating dashboards or recurring reporting packages for leadership.
o Monitor data integrity across modules and escalate discrepancies as needed.
· System Enhancements & Projects
o Participate in UKG WFM upgrades and new module implementations.
o Partner with IT and vendors on system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
o Identify opportunities to automate processes, reduce manual work, and improve data accuracy.
o Maintain system documentation, configuration logs, and process guides.
· User Support & Training
o Serve as Tier 2 support for escalated end-user issues related to scheduling, timekeeping, and accruals.
o Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, data issues, and configuration conflicts.
o Deliver training sessions, quick reference guides, and job aids for managers and employees.
o Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for WFM functionality and provide recommendations to optimize system usage.
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years of experience with UKG WFM (Kronos).
Hands-on experience configuring scheduling, timekeeping, and accruals.
College Degree
Preferred:
5+ years of experience with UKG WFM (Kronos).

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $85,000 per year.
