SUMMARY: The Vice President of Field Training leads the Field Training Department in supporting Lucky Strike Entertainment’s mission to deliver a world-class guest experience. This role manages a field-based team responsible for training and supporting hourly and management-level associates on company standards and processes. Key responsibilities include deploying training focused on performance metrics including revenue generation and profitability, and driving a guest-centric hospitality service culture. The role involves assessing business needs, developing and executing training plans, providing hands-on coaching, motivating associates, tracking results and communicating progress to stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Employee will supervise the Field Training department.
QUALIFICATIONS: The Vice President of Field Training brings a strong background in hospitality or training, along with exceptional communication, leadership, organizational and presentation skills. They excel under tight deadlines, combining an outgoing personality with a disciplined work ethic. This role requires the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a field-based training team by setting clear goals, providing accountability, and offering constructive feedback, recognition, and rewards. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is essential.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree with 5 -7 years of experience in hospitality, training, or a managerial role. Proven track record in implementing training programs for frontline and/or management staff. Experience in performance coaching, leadership development, and hospitality service standards is highly preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: General office environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time.

The pay rate for this position is $160,000 - $250,000
